Orders and Payment
Deposits – Special order products and made to order products require a 50% deposit to secure your order. In store deposits require a 20% deposit to secure your order. Items on deposit will be held aside for 30 days. After this timeframe, we may place your items back on the floor. Deposits are non-transferable and non-refundable.

Returns
We hope that you love your order, however, if you decide to return your online purchase, please contact 09334200 within 14 days of receiving your order. When you make an online purchase, you have a statutory right to return unopened goods (other than special order or customized) up to 14 days after receiving your order, this is known as the cooling off period. (European Directive on Distance Selling). If you wish to change or cancel an order right up until it is dispatched, we can facilitate this for you. If you change your mind and want to change or return the goods once you receive them, you can return unopened goods to us and we will then organize a refund following inspection of the goods, excluding delivery costs. You will be responsible for the cost of returning the goods to us. Larger item returns may incur an uplift charge. We are happy to assist you with the return of any items that are unsuitable. Please be aware that all goods being returned must be in perfect, resalable condition, in the original packaging and with tags attached where applicable. Supplier procedures will be adhered to regarding service calls, repairs, and replacements.
We ask that all our customers inspect their purchases on delivery/collection on arrival as we are unable to accept claims for breakages, scratches, or any damages more than 72 hours after delivery/collection. Complaints will not be accepted after application or installation.
Please be aware that there are several exclusions from our standard returns policy due to the nature of some of the products we sell. The exclusions are as follows:
- Mattresses which are removed from their packaging
- Mattress toppers or protectors
- Towels
- Toilet Seats
- Bedding and blankets of any kind (including duvets, duvet covers, bedspreads, pillows, pillowcases, fitted sheets, flat sheets, valances)
- Special Orders
- Mirrors
Joyce Hardware is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier (An Post, DPD, Langans) to file a claim. We are not liable if goods arrive to us damaged during a return, you will need to file a claim with the courier.
Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
