Deposits – Special order products and made to order products require a 50% deposit to secure your order. In store deposits require a 20% deposit to secure your order. Items on deposit will be held aside for 30 days. After this timeframe, we may place your items back on the floor. Deposits are non-transferable and non-refundable.

We hope that you love your order, however, if you decide to return your online purchase, please contact within 14 days of receiving your order. Goods must be returned without damage and in original packaging. Products will be returned at your cost. Unfortunately, we do not refund shipping costs for unwanted items.
There is a no returns policy on special order products, made to order products and floor clearance products. Larger item returns may incur an uplift charge.
Mattresses removed from their packaging cannot be returned for hygiene purposes.
Bedding cannot be returned for hygiene purposes.
In the unlikely event that you receive an order that is damaged, please contact us within 72 hours of receiving the order. Please contact and we will guide you through our returns process.
